As outlined on our terms of service page, all stems are made from dried, preserved, and hand-made florals. These are natural products sourced seasonally, there may be slight differences in colours, shapes, and sizes between stems you recieve and to the products shown on our website.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer efficient nationwide shipping throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Our turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, letting you know your blooms are on their way.
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1-3 business days once shipped
- North Island Rural: 3-5 business days once shipped
- South Island: 2-4 business days once shipped
- South Island Rural: 3-5 business days once shipped
