When will I receive my order?
All of our arrangements are made to order and require 1-2 business days to be made & gift wrapped. Once your order has been put together and shipped, we estimate your package to be delivered between 1-3 business days for the North Island and 2-4 business days for the South Island. An additional 1-2 business days for rural areas.
Do you accept custom orders?
We only accept custom orders for our large bouquets or large custom arrangements (retail & hospitality). Email us at support@lovebyclementine.co.nz and we will endeavor to create what you're after. Please note we only accept custom orders 5 business days before shipping.
How long will my dried flowers last?
Dried & preserved flowers are low maintenance and don't require watering like fresh flowers do. By following our simple care guide and tips, your florals will last years! (Roughly 3-7 years if kept in the right conditions) All of our designs come with a care card included. We also have a page here outlining our tips
Do you have a store I can visit?
At this stage we don't have an actual store or pickup location. All of our sales are shipping-only, including custom arrangements. We may be able to deliver retail or hospitality custom orders that are located within the Auckland area.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, unfortunately we don't offer international shipping at this stage. We only ship NZ nationwide - please see our shipping information here
What makes you sustainably conscious?
Dried and preserved flowers last an average of 3 to 7 years. That’s 3 to 7 years that a fresh flower didn't go into the waste stream! We are also 100% floral foam free - a product that releases millions of micro plastics into our environment. Instead we use eco conscious materials such as wood wool and mesh wire. We have also created our Vintage Range with the idea of bringing pre-loved vases and vessels back to life! We're always evolving and love coming up with new ideas that keep us sustainably conscious.
Are Dried Flowers Safe For Pets?
Unlike some fresh flowers, dried/preserved flowers are generally non-toxic for pets as they do not produce pollen or nectar. Although, it's important to note that some of our dried/preserved flowers have dyes or paint that may not be safe to ingest.
